The Best Channel Product winners were chosen by BSM's Value Added Reseller (VAR) subscribers via an online survey that asked to rate their vendors in seven categories including three product-related categories: Product Features, Product Reliability and Product Innovation. A total of 19,833 votes were cast by 2,186 verified BSM resellers, making it one of the largest surveys of its kind. The survey is comprised of vendors who scored highest in the product categories in BSM's Best Channel Products survey back in January 2009.
The TSP100 futurePRNT is the first true "plug and play" printer that is delivered with all necessary accessories, including an internal power supply, USB cable, wall and vertical mounts, driver CD, sample paper, quick set-up guide, power switch cover, and paper guide.
