Select Business Solutions Welcomes Microsoft to the OMG

Using Select Solution for MDA built on Select Architect, a proven Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML) and data modeling tool, today's business analysts and system developers are able to transform business-friendly Computation Independent Models (CIM) into Platform Independent Models (PIM) and by applying further transformations create one or more Platform Specific Models (PSM).

PSMs are also held within Select Architect's UML and data modeling (http://www.selectbs.com/solutions/unified-modeling-language.htm) capabilities and may be directly synchronized with Microsoft Visual C# or Visual Basic.NET projects in Visual Studio using Select Synchronizers. By applying MDA transformations within the repository-based modeling environment, Select helps ensure that an MDA artifact can be easily traced to the business requirement that led to the creation of the artifact, thereby greatly simplifying change management.
